As Project Director of DEMA Health Ltd Co., Cassandra Govan utilizes a software platform licensed through a strategic partnership with DNA Behavior International. This software is integral in solving complex problems within the scope of federally funded research projects. The software license used for government grant projects is personal to Cassandra Govan and is not intended to be sold directly to the government.

Financial Interest and Commission Structure:

Cassandra Govan holds a strategic partnership with DNA Behavior International, through which she is eligible to receive a commission based on new software license sales. Specifically, Cassandra Govan receives a 20% commission on the first year’s license fee for any new customer entities that purchase a license, and a 10% commission on the second year’s fee. This commission applies only to licenses sold to entities other than the government for federally funded research, as she does not plan to sell additional licenses to the government within the context of the grant.

Government Project Fee Structure:

For government-funded projects, DEMA Health Ltd Co. will only charge for additional user licenses if usage exceeds the 100-user limit provided under the personal license agreement with DNA Behavior International. No other licensing or sales fees will be charged to the government as part of the grant-funded research.

Management and Compliance Measures:

To avoid potential conflicts, Cassandra Govan will not actively promote the software for purchase within the scope of the government-funded research project. Any communication or activity involving the software license will be strictly for research purposes, with no sales intentions or efforts.
